Very kind and helpful staff, clean and beautiful hotel, great breakfast, convenient location near tourist attractions.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel's location next to the GIGLIO bus stop and very close to a vaporetto stop made it convenient for exploring the city. It was just a short walk to St Mark's Square, right in the tourist heart of the station. being on a stop from the airport water taxi made getting to and from the hotel hassle-free. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room on the second floor had lovely views across the square to the beautiful Santa Maria del Giglio church. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of Venice and in the San Marco district. The room was very comfortable with a very well-functioning air conditioning, and the breakfast included fresh honey straight from the honeycomb.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

The convenience of the hotel's location was excellent, with all major attractions just a few steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful. the housekeeping was faultless, ensuring avery comfy and tidy room.

Great location between a canal and a church. Enjoyed watching gondolas from the window. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. Beautiful Venetian-style decor. Friendly and intelligent staff, even offered complimentary drinks for our honeymoon.

We stayed in a cozy room that was well-equipped with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located near the water bus stop from the airport, making it easy to reach. It is also a short walk away from St Mark's Square, and we loved the open plaza with its great restaurants. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We even enjoyed a nice view of the Santa Maria del Giglio church from our room's balcony.

Some previous guests were given a stern warning about the behavior in the room during check-in, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

Lovely Venetian experience! The location of Bel Sito E Berlino was perfect, just a short walk from San Marks square and other tourist spots. The Venetian decor in the rooms added a special touch.
